Overview

Calcify All (calcifyall.com) is a free, no-account grading calculator for teachers and students. We built this site with one goal: give you a calm, accurate place to figure out grades without clutter, pop-ups, or surveillance.

This Privacy Policy explains what limited data is collected when you visit the site, how it’s used, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

Like nearly every website on the internet, our hosting infrastructure automatically receives basic technical data when your browser loads a page. This includes:

• Your browser’s IP address (used by our server to send you the page)
• Browser type and version (e.g., Chrome 124, Safari 17)
• Operating system (e.g., Windows 11, iOS 17)
• The page URL you requested
• The referring URL (what site linked you here, if any)
• Date and time of the request

This data is collected in standard server logs. It is used only for security monitoring and diagnosing technical issues. It is not used to track, profile, or identify individual users.

What We Don’t Collect

We do not collect the following, and we never will:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• The grades, scores, or numbers you enter into any calculator
• Your GPA, courses, or academic records
• Payment or financial information (the site is free)
• Location data beyond country-level from your IP address
• Behavioral tracking or detailed analytics profiles

Cookies

Calcify All does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that build behavioral profiles.

Session & Preference Storage

The site may use your browser’s localStorage to remember small UI preferences — for example, which calculator tab you were on, or your preferred grading scale variant. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

WordPress Cookies

The site runs on WordPress. WordPress may set a session cookie (wordpress_test_cookie) to check if cookies are enabled in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser.

Third Parties

We use a minimal set of third-party services to keep the site running. Here’s what each one does:

Hosting & CDN

The site is hosted on a standard web hosting provider. Your IP address is visible to the hosting infrastructure as part of normal web traffic. We do not share any data with our host beyond what is technically necessary to serve the site.

Google Fonts

Typography is loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address and browser information. You can review Google’s font privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. No other Google products (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA) are used.

No Advertising Networks

Calcify All does not serve advertisements. No ad networks, DSPs, or programmatic advertising systems are connected to this site.

No Analytics Platforms

We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar analytics platforms that build detailed user behavior profiles.

Children’s Privacy

Calcify All is designed for students of all ages, including students under 13. Because we collect no personal information from any user, we believe the site is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has somehow submitted personal information through this site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Data Storage & Security

Server logs that contain IP addresses are retained for a limited period (typically 30 days) for security purposes, then deleted. No personal profiles are built from these logs.

We implement standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for all traffic. Since we collect so little data, the risk surface is correspondingly small.

Your Rights

Because we collect no personal information linked to your identity, there is generally no profile to access, correct, or delete. However, depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Right to know — what data we hold about you
• Right to delete — request deletion of any data tied to you
• Right to opt out — of any sale of personal information (we don’t sell data)
• GDPR rights — if you’re in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of Calcify All after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
